TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WAIVER

By registering for 2026 Soil Lingo JUDGING TRAINING scheduled to take place on the 26 November – 29 November 2026, I, the participant, agree to the following terms and conditions:

I hereby consent to being photographed or filmed during the event by the event organisers or their representatives. I understand that these photographs or videos may be used for future communications and marketing purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, and website content.

I agree to wear the competition T-shirt provided by the event organisers on competition day (Sunday). I understand that wearing the competition T-shirt is a requirement for participation in the event.

I acknowledge that participation in 2026 Soil Lingo JUDGING TRAINING involves certain risks and hazards, and I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur as a result of my participation.

I certify that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in the event. I agree to abide by all event rules and instructions provided by event staff and officials.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organisers, sponsors, volunteers, or any affiliated individuals or organisations for any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in 2026 Soil Lingo JUDGING TRAINING.

I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
