Cancellation Policy
Cancelled registrations on or before 31 August 2016 will receive a full refund of registration fees, less administration fee of $100.00.
Cancelled registrations after 31 August 2016 will not be possible unless exceptional circumstances prevail and are at the discretion of the committee. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty.
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing strictly through onCue - shelley@on-cue.co.nz
Disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the conference, the conference organisers accept no responsibility.
The information on the conference website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication. However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organising committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
onCue accept no responsibility for changes and/or cancellations made by the service provider. onCue disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved and ticketed by onCue or where operator error or accident is the cause.
Insurance
Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.
Privacy
The information supplied on your online registration form will be shared and used by the 2015 Conference Secretariat. Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the Secretariat will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
