If you are not paying by credit card, you will need to provide a Purchase Order number from your company,
please arrange this prior to registering and have this number available when you register online.  

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION

You have the option to register individually or as part of a group from your organisation.

If you are only registering yourself please select 1 as your group size and then click 'Next' to continue. 

If you would like to register several attendees from your organisation please select the relevant number.  You have the option to be a 'non-attending' group contact (for example an EA who is not attending the conference but managing registrations).  If you register as a group you will receive a single group invoice, sent to the group contact.

If your company requires a purchase order number on invoices please have this ready before you start your registration and you will be able to enter this on the payment page at the end of the process.

After entering each person's name you will need to complete a registration form for each person attending, so you will need their contact details, dietary requirements, emergency contact details and details of the functions they plan to attend at conference.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy

Registration payment can be made by purchase order (PO) or credit card. Please note that POs are not considered confirmed payment. All registration fees must be paid in full before the registration deadline date to secure your place. If you are paying by PO, you must also provide a credit card number, this card will be charged if your registration is not paid in full by the registration deadline. 

If you choose to register using a PO, a valid credit card must also be provided at the time of booking. If payment is not received by the due date, the credit card on file will be charged for the full registration fee. If payment has not been received by the deadline, and no valid credit card is available, your registration will not be accepted.

The registration deadline is 14 days before the workshop start date.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to enquiries@trees.org.au.

  • Cancellations made before the registration deadline will incur an AUD $80.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made after the registration deadline are not refundable. However, registration may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost.

A minimum number of attendees is required for each workshop to proceed. If the minimum number is not reached by the registration deadline date, Arb Australia reserves the right to cancel the course, and a full refund will be provided.
